The two role specialties in our BSN-entry track prepare you to influence patient care, whether as a clinician or a nurse executive.
- Family Nurse Practitioner: Become the primary care provider for your patients, with the ability to diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, and manage chronic and acute illness. The FNP role specialty includes advanced classroom and clinical education in family practice, plus a robust practicum.
- Nurse Executive: Lead interprofessional teams, optimize workflows, and make decisions that impact patient care across the healthcare continuum. Use transformational leadership and clinical analytics techniques to improve patient outcomes.
